PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indicating device which can carry out a head up display(HUD) type indication or a direct indication freely and indicate so as to arrange on a nearly horizontal straight line against the driver's eyes even at HUD type indication or direct indication regardless of the bent shape of a front glass. SOLUTION: Indicator branch bodies 3 are connected respectively by flexible connection members 4 and installed attachably/detachably on the upper surface of an instrument panel 2 by support members 12A, 12B. At the indication time while reflecting to a front glass F/W by a head up display(HUD) type, each indicator branch body 3 is rotated upto an upward position so as to reflect the indication by an indicating lamp 8 to the front glass. At the direct indication time, each indicator branch body 3 is rotated upto a sideways position so that the indication by the indication lamp can be directly seen from a driver.
