PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of providing a crosslinked product with slight compression set, excellent in heat resistance, resistance to flex fatigue and elongation, etc., by including a specific rubber, a polyamine- based crosslinking agent and a basic crosslinking accelerator. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by (A) a nitrile group-containing highly saturated copolymer rubber containing ethylenically unsaturated dicarboxylic acid monoalkyl ester monomeric unit, (B) a polyamine-based crosslinking agent and (C) a basic crosslinking accelerator. The component A is produced, for example, by copolymerization between an ethylenically unsaturated dicarboxylic acid monoalkyl ester monomer,α,β-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile-based monomer, anα-olefin or diene-based monomer, and as necessary, a monomer copolymerizable therewith, followed by, as necessary, conducting a hydrogenation of the resultant copolymer to hydrogenate the unsaturated bond of the diene-based monomer.
