PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce loss generated from a rotor by placing a laminated electromagnetic steel plate between a shaft and a permanent magnet and composing the laminated electromagnetic steel plate of a high tension electromagnetic steel plate. SOLUTION: A rotor 5 is provided, on the outer circumference of a conductive and magnetic shaft 6, with an intermediate sleeve of the same material and a high tension laminated electromagnetic steel plate 7 is provided on the outer circumference of the intermediate sleeve. A conductive permanent magnet 8 is provided on the outer circumference of the high tension laminated electromagnetic steel plate 7 and a CFRP 9 of a conductive carbon fiber reinforcing material is provided on the outer circumference of the permanent magnet 8. The high tension laminated electromagnetic steel plate 7, the permanent magnet 8, and the CFRP 9 are assembled sequentially on the outer circumference side of the intermediate sleeve and the permanent magnet 8 is magnetized after it is secured to the end of the intermediate sleeve through a sealant before the rotor 5 is mounted on the shaft 6.
