PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure control of the fluttering of a sheet-shaped shield. SOLUTION: A winder 37 is provided in an opening of a vehicle body so that both side ends of a sheet-shaped shield 39 can be put in a pulled-out or wound-up condition by guidance along right and left guide rails 47, and engagement holes 45 are provided at equal intervals at both side ends of the shield 39. Racks 51 are slidably arranged in the guide rails 47, which are connected to the front end 43 of the shield 39 and engaged with the engagement holes 45 in sequence corresponding to the pull-out amount of the shield 39, when pulled out. The engagement between the engagement hole 45 and the rack 51 ensures lock of longitudinal and lateral movement.
