PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of bending of a shaft and to minimize a load in a radiation direction by a method wherein a channel applies an equivalent and opposite pressure on an impeller member in coordination with a cavity channel and an impeller member is maintained in a state to be aligned with a liner member. SOLUTION: An external cover member 28 is mounted on an internal cover member 14 as a casing member by a bolt member 29 and a channel 71 exerts an equivalent and opposite pressure on an impeller 20 in coordination with the cavity channel 34 of the internal cover member and the external cover member 28. With this state, fluid is fed in an impeller 20 and then guided to an outlet part, and an impeller 20 is maintained in a state to be aligned with liner members 18 and 24. This constitution prevents bending of a shaft 12, minimizes a load in a radial direction, and provides a low capacity bearing, whereby operation efficiency is improved.
