agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has two drums with rolls, coiled lifters positioned at drum front part and fruit discharge conveyors disposed at both sides of drums. Cylindrical rolls of adjacent drums are offset one with respect to the other, with angle of offset being equal to 25-30 deg. Lifters are pivotally connected to drums. Shields-catchers are arranged in pairs above changeable space between drums at an angle of 40-45 deg to longitudinal axis of apparatus. Each shield-catcher has rigid metal part and flexible rubberized part. EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced vegetable loss. 4 dwg
