The reduction of the pressure starts from the time T3, finishes up to the time T4 and the next pressurization is prepared. This cycle is repeated. At this time, the starting time T1(-1) of pressurizing the pressure chamber 10n-1 of the other side is set in the interval from the starting time T3 of reducing the pressure of the pressure chamber 10n of the one side to the starting time T5 of the next pressurization. As a result, it is mitigated that the back flow from an introducing hole of one side affects an introducing hole of the other side and when the back flow generated by starting to pressurize the pressure chamber 10n-1 of the other side reaches the introducing hole of the adjacent pressure chamber 10n of the one side using the same flow passage, the pressure chamber 10n of the one side is ready for starting to be reduced in the pressure.</p> |
