摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge a minus ion without requiring any absorption mechanism of ozone and plus ions by providing a load resistance part for limiting the flow of electrons between a DC high-voltage power supply and a discharge electrode. SOLUTION: An electrode needle 1 (electrode part) where a tip for discharging minus electrons is sharpened at an acute angle is provided at a magnetic pole support tool 2 in a nearly box shape with insulation property so that the tip projects, and the tip part of the electrode needle 1 is connected to a load resistance part 3 that is made of carbon or the like being provided in a magnetic pole support tool 2. The load resistance part 3 is provided with the function of a pressure device for preventing the flow of electrons until a certain limit point is exceeded when a DC high voltage is applied. Although a minus electron is directed from high-voltage wiring 5 to the electrode needle 1 when a high voltage is applied from a DC high-voltage power supply part 6, the minus electron is rejected by the load resistance part 3. Therefore, the minus electron is filled in front of the load resistance part 3 and the flow of electrons is prevented at the load resistance part 3, and the minus electron is discharged from the electrode needle 1 so that it is pushed out when a certain limit point is exceeded.
