PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly compare the outputs of the detectors of a plurality of GCs with each other. SOLUTION: Peak heights Vb, Va at a time when a standard sample is analyzed by one system and other system are inputted from an input part 16. A coefficient calculation part 15 calculates the ratio Va/Vb of both of them to store the same in a coefficient memory 14 as a correction coefficient. At a time of the analysis of an unknown sample, a multiplier 13 multiplies digital data, wherein detection signals are converted, by the correction coefficient to send out the multiplied data to a data processor. By this constitution, the output of detectors are corrected on the basis of the other system.
