摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesiveness between an elastic body and a tube body by pressing a vibration control body where the elastic body having a hollow part is made adhere to the outer peripheral surface of a mass body in the tube body, applying preliminary compression to the elastic body, and heating the outer peripheral surface of the tube body. SOLUTION: A vibration control body 2 where an elastic body such as rubber is formed and made adhere to the outer peripheral surface of a mass body 3 has four projecting parts 6 having a substantially trapezoidal section in the radial direction round the mass body 3. Each projecting part 6 is such that the height of projection from the outer peripheral surface of the mass body 3 is a little larger than the radial dimension from the outer peripheral surface of the mass body 3 to the inner peripheral surface of a tube body 5, and hollow parts are formed at equal spaces in the circumferential direction. After the projecting part 6 is inserted with the mass body 3 in the tube body 5, a jig 7 is inserted from both end parts of the tube body 5, and when the tube body 5 is heated by an induction heating device 8 disposed in the tube body on the outer peripheral surface side of the projecting part 6 with the elastic body preliminarily compressed by force F, the top of the projecting part 6 is made adhere to the tube body 5 to which an adhesive is previously applied to the inner peripheral surface thereof. Thus, the reaction force of the projecting part 6 to the inner peripheral surface of the tube body 5 is uniformalized to enable stable adhesion.
