SOLUTION: As a form formed by laminating a foam synthetic resin plate or a waterproof treated paper or a synthetic resin thin plate or a metal foil honeycomb core panel, it is mounted to a cage 3 through a joint steel 1 or the cage 3 or a reinforcing bar of a structural body, it is erected in an excavated premises, and the form is removed after concrete is placed to provide the joint of a wall, the joint of an underground continuous wall and the structural body and a drilling section of the underground continuous wall.
