PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slant jet method wherein labor concerning the underground consolidation body formation extended in the approximately horizontal direction can be saved. SOLUTION: A boring-hole extended in the approximately horizontal direction is excavated by using an inner rod 1 having a monitor 3 at the front end and an outer casing 5, an area 50 of the end on the ground side of the outer casing 5 is removed, the outer casing 5 is drawn in by the area to be removed to expose the monitor 3 and the front end of an inner rod 1, soil improvement material is jetted from the monitor 3, the monitor 3 and inner rod 1 are drawn out while rotating them, and the outer casing 5 is drawn out by following the draw of the inner rod 1.
