PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out replacing work of a panel plate by one person without trouble of carelessly dropping the panel plate from a fixture as conventionally at the time of replacing the panel plate concerning the fixture to install the panel plate on which various information is indicated on a wall surface, etc. SOLUTION: This fixture is constituted of a fixture main body 1, a shaft body 11 screwed on one end side of this fixture main body 1 and free to hook a panel plate on it, a thumbscrew 8 free to screw on a head part 12 of the shaft body 11 and to fasten the panel plate by rotation and a mounting washer 20 to be screwed on the other end side of the fixture main body 1 and to be mounted on a wall surface.
