PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure the smooth movement of a pair of operation wires even if the diameter of a pulley on which the operation wires are wound is increased in order to lessen the operation load and to lower the resistance which occurs at the time of operation by guiding the operation wires in such a manner that both operation wires are drawn out in nearly parallel by guide rollers at the time of passing the operation wires through insertion passages disposed at a pulley supporting assembly. SOLUTION: A wire drawing out part 47 is provided with the insertion passages 47c on the right and left in order to lead out both operation wires 41 from the pulley 42 of an angle operation device 40. Also, apertures 56 are formed at outer end walls 47a thereof and the guide rollers 57 are mounted in these apertures 56. The top ends thereof are provided with revolving shafts 58 which are connected thereto. The revolving shafts 58 are inserted into journal holes 59 disposed on the top surface side of the apertures 56 of the wire drawing out part 47 and the spacing between both guide rollers 57 and 57 is nearly equal to the spacing between the wire insertion members 51 to holding fittings 53.
