PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beer dispenser having a cooling device with a Peltier element as a cooling section, suitable for drinking barreled beer by several persons. SOLUTION: A cooling container 2 is stored in an upper face open casing 1 of a beer dispenser, and a Peltier element 9 of a cooling device 8 is set on the outer peripheral face of the cooling container 2 through a cooling plate 21, and a beer barrel 20 is stored inside the cooling container 2 through water and a beer inside is cooled, and the beer inside is served by a beer feeder 23 set on the beer barrel 20. The position of the Peltier element 9 is set as a reference, and the position of the cooling plate 2 is set below unevenly, and the beer in the lower layer section in the beer barrel 20 is cooled first.
