PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breaker device, capable of being miniaturized and sufficiently securing the contact pressure between fixed electrodes and a movable electrode. SOLUTION: In this breaker device, since a pair of fixed electrodes 20, 21 are collected at one part, while arranging them in a surface and a back surface of a projecting wall 18, a space around both the fixed electrodes 20, 21 is used in common, and miniaturization of the breaker device is realized. Furthermore, since a movable electrode 70 is formed with a structure for relaxing the stress concentration by setting the curvature of a connection part 73 for connecting pinching pieces 71, 72 to be large, pinching force of both the pinching pieces 71, 72 can be set large, and contact pressure between the movable electrode 70 and the fixed electrodes 20, 21 can be secured sufficiently.
