PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the working ratio of a CPU and to improve the throughput of the entire device in inexpensive high-versatility configuration. SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with a bus 45, input/ output means 420-4215 connected to the bus 45 for inputting/outputting data, a CPU 33 for controlling each of the parts of the device and controlling the data input/output of the input/output means 420-4215 by acquiring the right of use of the bus 45, DMAC 37-40 for controlling the data input/output of the input/output means 420-4215 by acquiring the right of use of the bus 45 and a crossbar switch 44 for supplying four of request signals REQ0-REQ15, which are outputted from the input/output means 420-4215, showing the acquisition request of the right of use of the bus 45 to any one of DMAC 37-40 at a maximum.
