PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely interrupt a channel at the time of an interruption and to quickly restore a channel within a pipe to its original state at the time of a restoration. SOLUTION: Within a synthetic resin valve main body 10, a valve unit 20 for closing valve element 22 in an emergency and interrupting a flow port is mounted. Within the valve main body 10, a communication channel for communicating between a primary side and a secondary side is provided separately from a valve flow port 13, and a valve 30 for opening and closing the communication channel is provided and an opening/closing operation handle of the valve 30 is provided so as to be operable from the outside.
