PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To orderly fix wooden stupa plates by dividing an upper horizontal sash bar into a member for sliding in the lateral direction and a fixing member, and fixing the stupa plates while bringing the stupa plates close to each other by the sliding member. SOLUTION: A horizontal sash bar 2 for inserting stupa plates 2 is arranged above a column body 1, and a receiving sash bar 3 for erecting the stupa plates is arranged below. A core material 2-1 of the horizontal sash bar 2 is composed of materials A, B, C, and the upper material A and the lower material C are fixed to a long size plate 4. The intermediate material B is slidingly constituted to the long size plate 4. The stupa plates are inserted from a void of the upper horizontal sash bar 2 to be uprightly housed in a groove of the lower receiving sash bar 3, and in this case, when moving the material B to one side by operating a handle 9 of the upper horizontal sash bar 2, the stupa plates are brought close to each other in the lateral direction to be fixed. Thus, the stupa plates are straightly stood without inclining horizontally, and since rear voids 5 are alternately arranged, even if the stupa plates are stood in two rows and even if the stupa plates are alternately stood, the stupa plates can be arranged.
