PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel having a simple structure and high rigidity by directly joining mutual end parts of respective floor joists constituting the four sides of a floor frame of a frame shape, and projecting an installing plate sideways from the floor frame. SOLUTION: In a floor frame 6, end parts of long size floor joists 7 composed of U-shaped cross-sectional channel steel are inserted into grooves of end parts of short size floor joists 8 composed of U-shaped cross-sectional channel steel, and mutual these end parts are superposed so that the mutual end parts are directly joined in a square frame shape by welding. Plural horizontal sash bar materials 11 are extended at proper intervals between the long size floor joists 7 of the floor frame 6. A connecting metal fitting formed in a plate shape out of an almost triangular reinforcing plate and a square installing plate 52 projecting sideways from the short size floor joists 8, is fixed to under surfaces of the respective corners of the floor frame 6 to thereby enhance rigidity of the floor frame, and since the installing plate projects sideways from the floor frame, installation of a floor panel is not hindered.
