PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push-up construction method and its device capable of constructing both a building and a telescoping support easily and surely using a smaller and simpler lifting member. SOLUTION: A plurality of pipe members 2A, 2B, and 2C of a telescoping support 2 formed by fitting with each other the pipe members 2A, 2B, and 2C of different diameters disposed in a oar-shaped guide tower 1 constructed on a ground G is delivered sequentially and lifted by lifting members 4 and 7 installed on the guide tower 1, and these pipe members 2A, 2B, and 2C are connected to each other through pin members with these members extending. A structure 3 fixed to the upper part of the telescoping support 2 is lifted. Thus, such a push-up construction method that efficient transport to a construction site is enabled and, only by the slide operation of the plurality of simple and light-weight pipe members 2A, 2B, and 2C of different diameters an assembly operation by a lifting device at the construction site can be reduced, an excellent workability can be provided, and a construction period can be shortened remarkably and a construction cost can be reduced can be realized.
