PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof snow melting device capable of melting snow uniformly on an eaves and a roof and preventing such a wasteful operation that only the snow on the roof is eliminated first and the snow melting operation only for the snow on the eaves is continued in melting the snow on the roof. SOLUTION: A circulating route for heat medium is formed in an eaves circuit provided at an eaves portion of a roof so that heat medium is flown directly from a heat source machine 4 through a forward pipe 6 and returns again to the heat source machine 4 through a return pipe 8. The heat medium decreased in temperature after being passed through a roof circuit 13 is returned partly again to the heat source machine 4 through the return pipe 8, hot heat medium from the forward pipe 6 is mixed with the remaining medium, and the heat medium conditioned to a specified temperature is circulated. Thus, the snow on the eaves portion and roof portion can be molten uniformly at the same melting rate.
