PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the constructing method for imperious structure and imperious structure in which cutoff properties are ensured and peripheral environment is not polluted. SOLUTION: In the impervious structure, the end section of a through-sheet 10 passed in and external pressure pipe 9 connecting a pit 3 and a reclaimed land 11 is joined with a lower sheet 15 and an upper sheet 13 on the reclaimed land 11 side. The end section of the through-sheet 10 is fixed onto a pit concrete wall 5 by flat bars 25 or the like on the pit 3 side. A leachate pipe 12 is inserted into the through-sheet 10, and connected to leachate collection and drainage pipe in the reclaimed land 11.
