PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent clogging of a conduit of an emulsion spraying apparatus, by providing a cleaning means for cleaning the apparatus, to thereby prevent solidification of emulsion in the conduit at the time of stopping spray of the emulsion, or the like. SOLUTION: At the time of spraying emulsion, the emulsion in an emulsion tank 7 is sprayed from a spray nozzle 10a to a bedrock by means of a pump 12. At the time of circulating the emulsion before the spraying or the like, the emulsion in the tank 7, which has been heated by a heater, is circulated through a conduit by means of the pump 12, to thereby keep warm the conduit 14 and a spray portion. When the emulsion is charged in the tank 7 or discharged from the tank 7, an emulsion supply/exhaust port of an emulsion supply vehicle is connected to an external connection port 18. Further, when the emulsion spraying apparatus is cleaned after completion of the spraying operation, the pump 12 is driven, to thereby return a cleaning liquid in the tank 11 through predetermined passages such as a spray bar 10, the pump 12, a filter 13, a pipe 14, and a valve 15, to the tank 11. Further, the cleaning liquid is injected from the spray nozzle 10a. Thus, clogging of the channels due to coagulation of the emulsion remaining in the respective channels can be prevented, to thereby increase the reliability of emulsion spray.
