PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition that shows excellent balance between low-temperature properties, particularly shock resistance at lower temperatures and rigidity and excellent forming processability, while the merits of saturated polyester, mainly comprising polyethyolene terephthalate or polybutylene terephthalate are utilized. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises (A) a saturated polyester resin, (B) an epoxidized diene block copolymer, (C) a polyfunctional compound bearing two or more identical or different functional groups selected from amino group, carboxyl group, carboxylic anhydride group, hydroxyl group and -(C=X)-NH-(C=Y)- unit (both X and Y are oxygen atom or sulfur atom or one is an oxygen atom and the other is a sulfur atom), (D) a blocked co-polyether elastomer.
