PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulating label and a container with the heat- insulating label stuck thereto having heat-insulating properties and capable of forming a heat-insulating portion on the container by sticking it only to a necessary portion of the container so that the container containing contents having a high temperature is held with fingers. SOLUTION: This heat-insulating label A is formed by punching a heat- insulating label member into a predetermined shape. The heat-insulating label member comprises a foam layer 11 in which a thermoplastic resin layer (front face) is expanded, a base layer 12 mainly composed of paper, a thermoplastic resin layer (rear face) 13 and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 16, wherein each of the layers is successively laminated on one another from at least an outer face side in the order. A container with a heat-insulating label stuck thereto is a container having this heat-insulating label A stuck to a part thereof and, particularly in this case, a paper cut, a plastic cup or a can is to be used for the container.
