PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a wrap film to be easily and smoothly cut only by operation of simply pulling the film slightly in a horizontal direction without applying a twist and large force when cutting the wrap film which has been drawn out and to keep the cut wrap film spread flat. SOLUTION: A cutting member 3 is formed with an approximate sawtooth- like edge 31 at a tip by cutting a thin metallic plate by a sawtooth-shape cutter. In this case, a cut face 31f of the edge 31 is cut with a slope by the sawtooth- shape cutter so that a side rim 31d of a front side plate 13 at the edge 31 is acute and a side rim 31e of a lid piece 21 is obtuse when cutting.
