PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball excellent in a carry performance.SOLUTION: A golf ball includes a large number of dimples 10 on its surface. The dimples 10 include a plurality of small dimples 10S with an area less than 8.0 mm, and a plurality of large dimples 10L with an area of 8.0 mmor more. The ratio PS of a total area of the small dimples 10S to a surface area of a virtual ball of the gold ball is less than 2.0%. The number NL of the large dimples 10L is 250 or more and less than 450. The following formula (II) is satisfied between the number NL of the large dimples 10L and a uniformity degree G of the area of the large dimples 10L. Formula (II): G<0.0032*NL+0.26. The depth of each dimple 10 is 0.10-0.65 mm. The total volume of the dimples 10 is 450-750 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
