PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce dioxin contained in ash as well as the amount of the ash to be processed in an incinerator by forcibly sucking air with an exhaust fan to form a downward airflow for complete combustion of the ash. SOLUTION: An external cylinder 3 is mounted on a trestle 1, and an internal cylinder 2 is mounted inside of the same and the upper end of the internal cylinder 2 becomes a combustible-material-loading aperture 4. A smoke-dust- catcher-directed exhaust-air-duct-flange 5 provided at the upper portion of the external cylinder 3 is connected to a duct through which air is sucked by the exhaust air fan. The internal cylinder 2 is provided with gaps at the lower side thereof necessary for igniting the combustible materials loaded in the internal cylinder 2 by the use of igniters 7. Air forcibly sucked by the exhaust air fan flows through the internal cylinder 2 toward the downstream side thereof, passes through the lower gaps and flows through an air channel formed by the internal and external cylinders 2 and 3 toward the upper side thereof, than flows toward the exhaust air fan of the smoke dust catcher through the smoke- duct-catcher-directed exhaust air duct flange 5. In addition, a grate 6 for supporting the combustible materials is provided under the external cylinder 3.
