PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the outer diameter and the thickness in the axial direction by providing a terminal holder in a cutout part formed at a part of the outer periphery of a ring stator, and providing a lead wire along the axial direction of the ring stator. SOLUTION: A terminal holder 6 with holding holes 21, 22 for holding a terminal pin 5 is provided in a cutout part provided at the outer periphery of a ring stator 1. The terminal holder 6 is composed of terminal holder parts overlapping each other, and extension parts 7, 8 formed integrally extending from the terminal holder parts respectively insulate from stator coils 3 on the end face 1a, 1b side of the ring stator 1. Each terminal pin 5 is connected by a coil winding machine, binding the wire end of the stator coil 3. A lead wire 9 is inserted in the holding hole 22 of the terminal holder part, and the led-out direction of the lead wire 9 is formed along an axial direction. A head 5a of the terminal pin 5 is projected from an axial outer surface 3A of the stator coil 3 in the axial direction.
