PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain containers from moving in the breadthwise and vertical directions against one another by a method wherein two panel straps out of a plurality of panel straps are extended from an edge part in the longitudinal direction of a flat sheet directly adjoining the center of each of container receiving holes each approximately in a triangular shape. SOLUTION: A plurality of panel straps 75 are extended from a longitudinal edge part 25, and an outer panel 70 is connected to a flat sheet 15 directly adjoining the center of each of container receiving holes each approximately in a triangular shape. Then, two panel straps 75 out of these panel straps 75 are extended from the center of the edge part 25 in the longitudinal direction of a flat sheet 15 so that the two panel straps 75 are extended from the exterior part of the edge part 25 in the longitudinal direction of the flat sheet 15. Thereby, containers are restrained from moving in the breadthwise and vertical directions against one another.
