PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone repeater with advertisement that can transmit an optimum advertisement message to a user of each caller telephone set. SOLUTION: When receiving a call signal from a caller side telephone set, after detecting a time zone for a received call signal, information included in the call signal is used to detect an attribute of a user of the caller telephone set (S100-S120). Then a plurality of advertisement messages with advertisement attribute information adaptive to a time zone receiving the call signal and the attribute of the user are retrieved (S140), an advertisement for a prescribed time is selected (S150), the selected message is sent to the caller telephone set (S160), and then a line to the connected telephone set is connected (S170). That is, the telephone repeater with advertisement can transmit an optimum advertisement message adaptive to the time zone receiving the call signal and the attribute of the user to the user of the caller telephone set.
