PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system for shipping agent utilizing a transfer fixing member provided with a superior stripping characteristic and a desirable transferring characteristic. SOLUTION: In this control system for stripping agent, a specified quantity of the stripping agent is fed to an image range of a transfer fixing member 50 with a stripping agent applicator 88 and a toner image is transferred to the image range. The image range is carried to a transfer fixing nip 86 and the toner image is transferred and fixed to a substrate 70 almost simultaneously and a document is formed.
