PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL displaying device which prevents that an extraneous light entering from a displaying surface generates irregular reflection on the inner surface side of a sealing can and a divided line of a back electrode is imaged on the displaying surface, in the case that an electrode structure dividing the back electrode is used. SOLUTION: This organic EL displaying device 1 mainly consists of a transparent substrate 2, an organic EL element 3 formed on the back of the transparent substrate 2, an optical filter 4 arranged on a front surface of the transparent substrate 2, a sealing can 5 (sealing member), and a visible ray absorbing member 6 arranged on the inner surface side of the sealing can 5. An extraneous light 17 out of extraneous lights 17, 17a entering from a displaying surface 14 which light 17 is reflected by a front surface 18 of a back electrode 12 and travels toward the displaying surface 14 is cut off with the optical filter 4. Since the extraneous light 17a passing through a divided gap 23 of the back electrode 12 is absorbed with the visible ray absorbing member 6 and does not leak outside from the displaying surface 14, a divided line is prevented from being imaged on the displaying surface. |
