PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the temperature of a substance to be heated precisely with a compact and simple structure, and to enhance the accuracy of finish temperature, by providing an infrared sensor that detects the temperature of the substance to be heated without making contact with it through an open window that is provided on the wall surface of a heating chamber, and by providing the open window with a means of preventing the leakage of microwave. SOLUTION: A food temperature detecting part 7 as a heated substance temperature detecting means detects the surface temperature of food through an open window 8 that is provided on the wall surface of a heating chamber without making contact with it. The part of the open window 8 is provided with a microwave absorber 9A as a microwave leakage preventing means. The microwave absorber. 9A is formed outside the open window 8 in the shape of a flange having a predetermined thickness. By providing the part of the open window 8 with the microwave absorber 9A, the microwave leaking from the heating chamber 1 through the open window 8 at the time of cooking is absorbed and attenuated to prevent the deterioration in the accuracy of detected temperature due to the disturbed output signals of the food temperature detecting part 7.
