PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse controller capable of executing easily setting of an operation and a setting change. SOLUTION: By using a detection signal by a work detecting sensor 5 as a reference, a pulse control part 12 outputs imaging start and finish signals and an inspection region instruction signal, synchronized with a pulse signal from an encoder 6 outputting a conveyance timing of a conveyance line, based on a delay distance showing an imaging start position, imaging finish position and an inspection start position retained in a memory 11, and a pulse number showing an inspection region. And, a setting change of the delay distance in the memory 11 and the pulse number showing the inspection region can also be executed by a delay distance change setting part i3 and an inspection region setting part 14.
