PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation structure for wooden house allowing the fixing of a bottom plate of a base isolating material to an upper surface of a base and the fixing of a top plate of the base isolating material to a lower surface of a foundation to be performed properly and easily by providing the base isolation material elastically receiving both a vertical load and a lateral load between the bottom plate fixedly assembled to the upper surface of the base and the top plate fixedly assembled to the lower surface of the foundation while forming the base isolation structural body in a configuration so as to be provided between the base and the foundation, and also allowing the foundation pivotally supported on the upper surface of the base through the base isolation structural body to be tightly connected to the base with a swing of the house by the base isolation structural body permitted in a specified lateral range. SOLUTION: This base isolation structural body (a) having a base isolation rubber material installed between a roof plate 4 comprising a steel plate a bottom plate 6 comprising a steel plate is put on a laid down base 1, and the bottom plate 6 is fixed to the upper surface of the base 1 with screws 53, and a foundation 2 is mounted on the base isolation structural body (a). The foundation 2 is fixed to the roof plate 4 of the base isolation structural body (a) with connection bolts (c), and the base 1 and the foundation 2 are connected tightly to each other with an anchor bolt (b) disposed near the base isolation structural body (a), having a lower half side buried in the base 1, and having a universal joint 8 in a shaft part thereof.
