PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof structure which reduces a roof load to decrease the number of beams for supporting, functions as a scaffold, enables to safely and quickly construct a building, and is widely applicable to a roof, a wall, etc. SOLUTION: In a fireproof structure 20, a fireproof plate 43 is arranged on a rear side of a roof, a wall, or the like of a building, which is formed by attaching a form 41A to a longitudinal member 40 of the roof, the wall, or the like, so as to prevent burning by catching fire. A solar battery panel 31 has its peripheral portion attached to the form 41A. Further, a deck plate 21 having a plurality of projections 21a formed on a metal plate, is erected between lower beams of the fireproof plate 43, and a heat insulating material 22 is squeezed into a gap between the deck plate 21 and the fireproof plate 43.
