PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device capable of easily and safely cleaning intake lines of various engines without requiring special facilities or technique. SOLUTION: In this cleaning device, pressurized air supplied from an pressurized air source through an air supply pipe 6 presses out a cleaning liquid stored in a vessel 5 into a cleaning liquid feed pipe 7 to spray the cleaning liquid into an intake line 3 of an engine 1 from a spray nozzle 8 connected to an end of the cleaning liquid feed pipe 7. The spray of the cleaning liquid into the intake line 3 is executed with the engine 1 started. The cleaning liquid sprayed into the intake line 3 peels dirt of dust or carbon adherent to the inner wall of the intake line 3 or an intake tappet 23, flows into a cylinder 25 chamber of the engine 1 together with a gasoline mixture mixed in from a carburetor 24 halfway, perfectly burns in the cylinder 25 chamber, and is exhausted outside the engine 1 through an exhaust line 27 as exhaust gas.
