发明名称 INSPECTION DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ELECTROMAGNETIC ROTARY SENSOR
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and safely inspect an electromagnetic rotary sensor provided with a pair of electromagnetic pick-ups integrally to output an operation amplification signal of output of each electromagnetic pick-up as a detection signal by a low cost device. SOLUTION: This inspection device is constituted by a coil 11, yokes 13a, 13B which are connected with both ends of a core of the coil 11 and are extended up to positions opposing to each electromagnetic pick-up 2a, 2b, and an alternate current power supply 31 connected with the coil 11. An alternate current from the alternate current power supply 31 is applied on the coil 11 to invert polarity of a tip of each yoke 13a, 13b alternately in order to generate detection output having mutually reverse phases in the same way as the case where rotation of a gear is detected from each electromagnetic pick-up 2a, 2b.
