PURPOSE: Provided are a method for producing fluid soil concrete, and fluid soil concrete composition, which has strength property, durability, fire resistance and construction property while showing various natural qualities according to characteristic color of soil. CONSTITUTION: The soil concrete composition consists of 400-1000 kg/m¬3 of natural clay or loamy sand, 200-500 kg/m¬3 of admixture for absorbing water, 80-200 kg/m¬3 of cement, 300-800 kg/m¬3 of fine aggregate(sand), 400-900 kg/m¬3 of coarse aggregate, 200-400 kg/m¬3 of water and predetermined amount of admixture for improving capability. The soil concrete composition is produced by the steps of (i) introducing 400-1000 kg/m¬3 of natural clay and loamy sand into hopper, mixing the natural clay and loamy sand with 200-500 kg/m¬3 of admixture for absorbing water having a fineness of 4,000 cm¬2/g and more to allow the admixture to partially absorb moisture in clay or loamy sand, and introducing the resulting mixture into crusher to crush the mixture into powder; (ii) mixing 80-200 kg/m¬3 of cement, 300-800 kg/m¬3 of fine aggregate, 400-900 kg/m¬3 of coarse aggregate and 200-400 kg/m¬3 of water into the powder to form a paste of soil concrete; and (iii) applying the paste onto road surface and finishing the surface.
