PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for a writing implement which is excellent in humidity adaptability, oil and fat absorbency, and elasticity superior to those of the grip member of a conventional writing implement of rubber, a thermoplastic elastomer, etc., and resistant to slipping and has a comfortable touch. SOLUTION: A holder 1 for a writing implement to be engaged with the grip part of a writing implement is formed by cylindrically cutting a compressed cork molding produced by the compression molding of crushed cork particles by using an adhesive. Preferably, the crushed cork particles contains classified cork particles 1 mm or above in particle size, more preferably, classified cork particles at least 1 mm in particle size and classified cork particles 0. 5 mm or below in particle size are mixed in the crushed cork particles. |
