PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set pressure in a battery within a prescribed value, even if it becomes high temperatures. SOLUTION: For this gas pressure regulation structure, a pressure valve 60 provided with a sealing part 61 for sealing, as a valve base, the upper end part 57 of a pressure valve mounting part 56 formed as a through-hole in a battery case, a support part 62 disposed inside the pressure valve mounting part 56, and a connection part 64 for connecting the sealing part 61 to the support part 62 with a prescribed tension is formed of a thermally expanding elastic material and mounted to the pressure valve mounting part 56. When the pressure in a case 30 becomes higher than a prescribed pressure, the sealing by the sealing part 61 is canceled, and gas is exhausted from the inside, so that the pressure in the case is lowered. When the temperature becomes high in the case, the connection part 64 expands according to the temperature, so that the sealing pressure by the sealing part 61 becomes lower, and the valve is opened even if the pressure in the case does not exceed the prescribed value. As a result, the inside of the battery case can further surely be prevented from being set at a high temperature and high pressure. |
