PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve responsiveness during a time starting from detection of an accelerator pedal operation amount and ending to control of a throttle valve by a method wherein a throttle control means calculates an opening closing amount of a throttle valve based on an output signal from the accelerator sensor part of an accelerator part and opening and closing of the throttle valve of a slot part is controlled by a motor. SOLUTION: From the detecting signals of accelerator sensors 25 and 26 inputted to a throttle control module 100, a throttle control module 100 diagnoses the presence of abnormality of the accelerator sensors 25 and 26. When the accelerators are normal, an accelerator opening is determined based on the signals of the accelerator sensors 25 and 26 and stored at a pedal value 110. By referring to a conversion table 105, where the opening target value of a throttle valve for a content corresponding to an accelerator opening is stored, regarding a pedal value 110, the target opening of a throttle valve 18 is calculated and the result is stored at a throttle control amount 111. A motor control part 103 reads a throttle control amount 111, commands a motor drive circuit part 125, and drives the throttle valve 18 of a throttle part 7.
