PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair cleaning device capable of more safely cleaning front and rear wheels of a wheelchair at the same time. SOLUTION: One roll 1a of a conveyer with a plurality of rolls provided side by side is provided on one end, and three rolls 1b, 1c, and 1d are gathered on another end. A diameter of the center roll 1c of the three rolls is provided smaller than diameters of the rolls 1b and 1d on both sides, a lever 2 is swingably engaged to a shaft of the roll 1c, and the lever 2 abuts to the rolls 1b and 1d on both sides in accordance with a swinging position. An endless belt 3 is tensionally provided on these rolls 1b, 1d.
