SOLUTION: This device for laying Welsh onions with foots is provided with a handle 11, vertical pillars 21, 31, 41 and 51, a stool 61, and blades 24 and 25. The method for laying Welsh onions comprises having the handle 11, stepping the stool 61, and laying the Welsh onions with the blades 24 and 25.
