PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the function of a shoe apparatus by arranging a roller, first and second shafts, a linking member, and an attaching stand in a predetermined state, and make the roller rotatable with respect to the linking member. SOLUTION: A shoe apparatus 1 is constructed by attaching a shaft means 3 having a roller means 2 mounted thereon to a linking member 4, and attaching an attaching stand 6 to a shaft member 5 mounted on the member 4. Next, the apparatus 1 allows the shaft 3 to be mounted on a lower surface of one end of a bridge in a manner being orthogonal to the bridge axis direction and the shaft 5 in a manner being orthogonal to a bridge width direction, respectively. The roller 2 is made rotatable on the shaft 5 with respect to the member 4, and the attaching stand 6 is made rotatable on the shaft 5 with respect to the linking member 4. Thus, even when a long and heavy structure is coped with, expansion due to vibrations and thermal inflation and deflection in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction can be accommodated. Further, generation of excessive horizontal inner stress at the base stand can be prevented. Therefore, one end of the structure can be movably supported by the base stand, and the one end can be easily set on the base stand.
