PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cloth for reinforcing a resin having excellent dimensional stability and surface smoothness by weaving a glass fiber cloth of a warp or weft double satin weave and making the same orientation of the textures of surface and reverse sides. SOLUTION: This cloth for reinforcing a resin is obtained by weaving a warp double satin or weft double satin weave by using a glass fiber yarn having an essentially low twist at 0-20 twists/25 mm with a single fiber having 3-25 mm filament diameter and 25-200 TEX yarn fineness so as to make the arrangement of the texture points at the surface side and the arrangement of the texture points in the reverse side by viewing from the surface side become a same orientation. After removing a bundling agent at the fiber surface by heat- and oil removal-treating the cloth, a prepreg is obtained by surface-treating the cloth with a silane coupling agent, then impregnating with a resin varnish and heat-drying, and a laminated board for a printed circuit is produced by using the obtained prepreg.
