PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disconnection of a lead wire that electrically connects a pickup assembly and a circuit board, in the structure where the pickup assembly is made movable relatively to the circuit board. SOLUTION: A repeating circuit board 80, which receives a control signal transmitted from the control circuit of a printed board 11, is mounted on a pickup module 14; this repeating circuit board 80 is electrically connected to the connector 83 of the printed board 11 by means of a flexible cable 82 attached to a connector 81; and the control signal from the repeating circuit board 80 is transmitted to a motor 78 or the like by a generally-used insulated covered copper wire 85. The insulated covered copper wire 85 is a copper wire covered with an insulating tube and can be connected to the circuit 84 of the repeating circuit board 80 and to the terminal of the motor 78, for example, by soldering the end.
