PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flexible syndiotactic polypropylene-based composition excellent in transparency, etc. and moldability as well by including each specific four polymers. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) a syndiotactic propylene polymer 0.5-10 dL/g in intrinsic viscosity (in decalin at 135 deg.C) composed of 90-100 mol% of unit derived from propylene of syndiotactic structure, 0-10 mol% of unit derived from ethylene, and 0-9.5 mol% of unit derived from a 4-20Cα-olefin, (B) anα-olefin polymer <=150 Mpa in Young's modulus composed of 2-20Cα-olefin units with one of them contained at 50-100 mol%, (C) an isotactic propylene polymer 0.5-6 dL/g in intrinsic viscosity composed of 90-100 mol% of unit derived from propylene of isotactic structure, 0-10 mol% of unit derived from ethylene, and 0-9.5 mol% of unit derived from a 4-20Cα-olefin, and (D) an ethylene-based polymer 0.91-0.97 g/cm3 in density.
